About the Role

ZetaChain is looking for a DeFi Product Lead to manage and lead various decentralized finance (DeFi) product initiatives. This role involves advising our app ecosystem on DeFi products, managing internal DeFi products, designing mechanisms, analyzing ecosystem health and economics, and creating incentive designs to drive growth and sustainability. Things you may work on include:

• Advising partner builders, studios, and companies on developing DeFi products on top of ZetaChain.
• Managing and enhancing ZetaChain’s core DeFi product ecosystem to ensure optimal performance, growth, and user experience.
• Designing innovative mechanisms that leverage and amplify ZetaChain’s unique interoperability architecture.
• Analyzing ecosystem health and economics to ensure sustainable growth, robustness, and risk.
• Creating and implementing incentive designs that drive user engagement, DeFi growth, and retention in specific areas or across the app ecosystem.
