Only approved participants will receive notification. Although some applications include multiple teammates, ZetaChain will be maintaining an internal database that allots one approved slot per application.

There is a 150 max cap of participants approved and eligible for rewards who will be notified via the contact information included in their application, across all phases. Each phase will have its own individual cap. Anyone is able to run a node.
Athens-3 and this Incentivized Testnet is a step towards mainnet. Mainnet will be launched after a successful testnet.
